The story behind this winery name is one of power, royalty, grandeur and sadness. Today it merits its place as one of the most prestigious wineries in Navarra, having gained international recognition through achieving many sought after awards, with its range of wines.

With vineyards covering 700 hectares in Rioja and Navarra and three Bodegas. The Principe de Viana group employs over one hundred people and produces over fourteen million bottles of wine each year. The main winery, Bodegas Principe de Viana bottles ten million of these, at a rate of 15,000 bottles per hour.

Through ongoing development and the use of modern technology, the vineyards are monitored daily. The team here work using sustainable methods along with respect for the natural environment. Once picked the fruit parcels are then processed, producing wines that are fresh and fruity and show typical characteristics.
