"Four generations of know
how” |

VILLE-SUR-ARCE, FRANCE After four generations of wine growers and know-how, Champagne Rémy Massin et Fils is today the product of grapes collected in a vineyard that extends over 20 hectacres located on the sunny hillsides of our little village in the Côte des Bar: VILLE SUR ARCE. Thanks to a technical evolution, Sylvère Massin, brings up and matures his wines in temperature-cooled tanks, making it possible for him to control fermentation and, more importantly, to conserve the aromas. But for him, the wine's quality results first of all come from the rigour with which the grape varieties and the vine stock are chosen, the methods of growing the vine and the soil, attention and care during harvesting and, finally, from the subtle blending of cuvèes that have undergone rigorous selection.
