Three outstanding value for money 'House Wines' that are varietal led.  The whites are Vin de Pays du Comte Tolosan, whilst the red is Vin de Pays de L'Herault.

GCM was initially a blend of 60% Grenache and 40% Carignan, to which was added 20% Merlot, making the final blend 50% Grenache, 33% Carigan and 17% Merlot.
