TERMS  

All wines are offered subject to availability. The Company reserves the right to pass on price increases should they be incurred.  

ACCOUNTS  
For approved account customers payment is due on the 20th day of the month following delivery.  
OVERDUE ACCOUNTS  
The Company reserves the right to charge interest at the current bank rate on overdue accounts, together with any other collection costs.  
RETENTION OF TITLE  
The Company shall retain absolute ownership of the property in the Goods which shall not pass to the Customer who shall keep the Goods as the Company’s bailee and shall deliver up the Goods to the Company at its request until full payment of the price of the Goods and any other outstanding sum is received by the Company, whether or not due and owing, and until such time the Company 
  •  shall insure the Goods against the usual risks  
  •   shall store them separately or otherwise ensure that they are readily identifiable as the Company’s property  
  • irrevocably authorize the Company’s representatives at any time in circumstances to  enter the Customer’s premises where the Goods are or are thought by the Company to be stored for the purpose of repossessing the Goods
  • shall keep the Goods free from any charge lien or other encumbrance.  

                                       

CLAIMS

Details of breakages must be notified to the Company within three working days of delivery or the delivery note marked accordingly.  Corked or defective bottles should be returned to the Company for examination.

VAT

All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT.

MINIMUM ORDERS

Under the terms of our wholesale Licence we are not permitted to deliver less than I case (twelve bottles), which may be mixed.

Free delivery available on orders above 10 cases x 9 Litre.  Smaller orders by arrangement.

Are available on request. All we ask is you send us a two page tasting note to prove you didn’t drink them on Friday night with supper and a few mates.
